To receive a discount, you first need to register on our website by filling out all the required fields. To participate in the cumulative discount system, be sure to place all orders from one profile. In your personal account you can see the history of your orders.
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined - the most advantageous discount for the client is applied.
For clients who purchase goods in large quantities, we can organize tailoring or manufacturing of any presented product; the price in such cases is negotiated separately for each item. You will receive the lowest price from the manufacturer.

*Upon reaching a certain amount, your manager will send you a promotional code for a discount. When placing your next order, you must enter the promotional code in the appropriate field. This coupon has no expiration date.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your credit card details.
Do you offer installment payments?
Currently, we only accept full payment at the time of purchase. Please check with your bank for installment options on your credit card.
Order Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
